Paul Daniel


Paul Daniel has been dancing since the age of 5 and having trained at the Johnny Young Talent School and V.I.P Dance Studio in Adelaide, his dance repertoire consists of Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Freestyling, Ballroom and Latin (his passion) and he has experience teaching adults, couples, children, the elderly and proven success with both disability and rehabilitation students. Paul has been teaching dance for over 20 years and his students consistently receive a high mark for their dance examinations, he's also a reputable specialist with wedding couples and in the bridal industry. Paul has worked with a number of other dance studio's (both in Australia and internationally) prior to calling YCD his home and since 2007 has worked with Hugh Jackman and Gary Sweet on two major Australian feature films, trained in New York at the Broadway Dance Centre, Pineapple Dance Studios in the U.K, the world renowned Semley Dance School in London, Euro Dance Centre in Germany and trained in NYC with choreogragher Tony Meredith of "So You Think You Can Dance" from the U.S series. Paul's professional credits include, The Wizard of Oz, The Boy From Oz, The Book Place, Footy Show, Sydney 2000 Olympics, supporting act for the Hilltop Hoods & Human Nature and freestyle dancer for countless other nightclub performance and promotional credits. In addition to his professional dance qualifications, Paul also holds a Diploma in Business Management and prior to establishing You Can Dance Studio he also had a very successful career as a DJ and in nightclub management.

Paul Daniel is an internationally accredited and qualified dance instructor through the I.D.T.A (International Dance Teachers Association) and the I.S.T.D (Imperial Society Teachers of Dancing) in the United Kingdom.




Alex Kadamani

Studio Manager

Alex is a professional actor/dancer and graduate of NMIT with a Diploma of the Arts. Trained in Ballroom, Latin American and Street Latin through the Australian Dancing Socitey, and a previous student of You Can Dance... In 2008 we quickly snapped him up to train him to become an outstanding instructor in his own right! Alex has a natural teaching ability, and is patient and easy going, all of which makes his students feel at ease. He has performed in many theatre productions, short films and commercials and has also had a feature film role in "Six Lovers" [2012]. For all the wedding couples out there, Alex is the instructor to book with for that special first dance! Using his acting abilities and knowledge, he has been able to choreograph some fantastic routines over the years and he is especially popular with couples who just want to look natural and not too showy. Alex knows exactly how to make your wedding dance a memorable one!

Alex teaches the beginner class every Thursday night @ 7pm and is also available for private lessons in Ballroom, Latin, Street Latin & Weddings.




Nat Finn


Look out people! If you're after an instructor that never lets you down with a boring lesson, look no further then, Miss Natalie Finn has been teaching dance for over 15 years and takes a humoristic and playful approach to her instruction. With roots in Jazz, Funk, Commercial, Latin, Ballroom and now... Zumba, there isn't much this talented lady cannot do... With a resume that never seems to end, full of performance credits and floorshows in both Australia and Asia, Natalie is an instructor who is always in high demand. You may have seen her teaching ballroom dancing or even a Zumba class that would put Richard Simmons to shame! Natalie always puts in 110% everytime and never wastes any time getting YOU to achieve YOUR dance goals! Her lessons are guaranteed to leave you passionate about dance, knowledgeable of all things fat free and in stitches from laughing so hard! Natalie makes you feel at home and knows exactly how to make learning to dance refreshingly... FUN!

Natalie is available for private lessons in Ballroom, Latin American, Street Latin & Weddings.




Teresa Germano


Teresa has been dancing since the age of 3. Trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Contemporary she has been a student of the CSTD and RAD syllabus. In 1993 she played the lead role of Fanny in the musical 'The Magic Faraway Tree'. Teresa is the founder and head choreographer of "Allure". She has danced for the ABC network, Backup for J-Wess and performed and choreographed for The Dragonfly Restaurant. More recently Teresa has been featured in the hit Australian comedy series "Angry Boys" as backing dancer for character "Smouse". Teresa was also a former teacher at the Melbourne Music Academy, original member of Dance 2XS Australia and is now currently dancing with brazillian carnaval performance group "Sambasitas".

Teresa is available (by appointment) for private lessons in Latin and Hip Hop.





Natalie Idrizovic


Natalie has been dancing since a very young age, and as a student she completed all her medals in Ballroom & Latin American through the Australian Dancing Society, including, the very prestigeous Mickey Powel 10-dance Award.

Natalie is available (by appointment) for private lessons in Ballroom and Latin.
